The new screen makes it easy and intuitive to navigate through the different recipes and menus available. V-LINK enables precise management of proofing and chocolate management programs. It offers numerous advantages for both live and deferred operation by selecting each temperature, each percentage of hygrometry, and each phase duration.
Many recipes are already pre-set in the control, but it’s easy to create new ones and add them to your favorites!
Users can easily monitor the progress of their program in real-time, thanks to the graphs and alarms present. Temperature and humidity information is always visible on the 5” screen.
